Mission Possible (Iespejama Misija, is a charity established in Latvia in 2008 aiming to provide quality education to children all over Latvia and leading a change in the education system. Mission Possible is a member of the Teach for All network that currently has 50 similar programs worldwide.

According to an independent survey, 65% of schools in Latvia experience shortage of teachers, especially in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects. Mission Possible selects, provides training, incentivises and supports successful young graduates to become teachers in state schools. It is also engaging in a dialogue with the Ministry of Education of Latvia on the improvements to the curriculum and to the education system as a whole.

Donations raised in this fundraiser will be used to cover the training needs and scholarships of the new participants recruited into the programme in 2019. This fundraising is part of EBRD Community Initiative 2019, that has agreed in principle to provide matching funding. This is subject to the condition that at least €3,000 are raised from individual non-corporate donors until 15 December 2019 and all the reporting requirements are met.

Giving for Latvia ( is a UK registered charity, that supports this fundraising initiative.
