Story

Jude Allen, Founder and Director of SweetTree Farming For All, is undertaking this mammoth challenge of running 12 marathons in 12 months to raise funds for this Hertfordshire and London based not for profit organisation.

She's hoping to be joined by friends, family and the SweetTree Farming for All cow mascot along the way and will be blogging, filming, tweeting and facebooking her progress over the next year!

SweetTree Farming For All are a not-for profit CIC. As an organisation, we believe that through structured and supportive outdoor activities (eg: bushcrafts, horticulture and sensory exploration etc.), adults and children experiencing social or educational exclusion can regain confidence and self-esteem. The courses we run are designed to enable people, irrespective of ability, to reengage with both society and themselves, demonstrate their own capabilities and build success and hence their confidence in life.
We rely heavily on donations, and to prove the worth of her own work and passions Jude has taken it upon herself to take on the 12m12m challenge and hopefully grow a team of budding runners to accompany her. Seeing as Jude is not normally into running she is going to need all the support you can lend her!

To show your support, please donate generously and virtually shout encouraging messages at her. Or if you feel that you want to directly support Jude on the tarmac and grass, then get in contact to become part of the team.

Follow us on twitter for updates and if you've donated you'll be added to our #EyeoftheFarmer Superstars list!
