Following last year's highly successful event we are back in Wimbledon on 5th October for another evening of hilarity hosted by Joy and featuring Ed Night, Fatiha El-Ghorri, President Obonjo, Brian Damage & Krysstal and Kerry Godliman  ( Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, Derek & After Life with Ricky Gervais).
Supported once again by Ben & Jerry UK, the event is sponsored this year by SW19 Pilates.
As per usual there will be a bar, refreshments and a cracking raffle with top prize being dinner for two at Wimbledon's finest - Hotel Du Vin, a luxurious venue set in the picturesque Cannizaro Park.
Tickets cost £15 (or £20 if you'd like a slice of pizza and a drink). Don't forget that Ben & Jerry ice cream will be available to buy in the interval!

The venue is well served by public transport, with Wimbledon Station being a five minute walk away and buses 93, 200 and 493 stop at Wimbledon Hill Road.  Free parking is available in Mansel and adjacent roads after 6.30pm and the closest public car park is in St George's Road.  Mansel Road is two way but there is no exit at the Wimbledon Hill Road end.
Doors: 7pm  Curtain up: 8pm

About the good cause

SPEAR has been transforming people's lives for over 30 years. In 1987, after the tragic deaths of two rough sleepers on the banks of the River Thames at Richmond, the local community came together to open a night shelter. Two years later a hostel, still in operation today, was set up in Richmond. Since then, SPEAR has transformed as a charity, offering a range of accommodation options and support services to people experiencing homelessness across five South West London boroughs: Richmond, Merton, Kingston, Sutton and Wandsworth.
